We welcome your design ideas and will work with you to create one-of-a-kind items of the highest quality. Call us (+1.859.368.9408), or email us about the piece(s) you would like us to create for you. Please include your telephone number and we will try to call you within 48 hours to discuss your design ideas. We require a downpayment when an order is placed, to reserve your place on our schedule.*

By personal check or money order made payable to KQ Designs. All personal checks must clear prior to shipment. Please, US dollars only.
By MasterCard or Visa.
Shipping and Handling
Merchandise is packaged carefully prior to shipment. All merchandise is insured and sent via the US Postal Service or UPS, unless specified otherwise by the customer. Any shipping and handling other than the standard shipping will have extra charges. For items shipped out of the United States, shipping rates vary greatly from country to country.
KQ Designs wants happy and satisfied customers. If you are not satisfied with your purchase of a non-commissioned item, please return it within 15 days after receiving it! However, the merchandise must be returned in the same condition and insured at full cost. If the item has been damaged or soiled, we cannot accept it back. Goods damaged in transit are claimed against the carrier, so be sure to insure your package prior to shipping.

*In some cases, down payments may not be refunded in full if the remaining balance is not received for commissioned items once they have been completed as ordered.
